1. Who can use Qlip Bait

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) and able to enter a binding agreement.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You warrant that you own it or have the rights to process it. We take only the limited license we need to transcribe, cut, caption and render clips for you, and we claim no ownership of your video or your clips.

3. How we use signals from your clips

We never sell or share your data. Signals about which clips you keep, trim, export or post are aggregated and anonymised and used only to make our clip finder better for you. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Credits and billing

Processing is metered in source minutes against a credit balance held on our servers. Billing terms, cancellation and refunds will be stated on the pricing page before any payment is taken.

5. Copyright

Do not upload video you do not have rights to. We respond to valid DMCA notices and may remove content or close accounts that repeatedly infringe.

6. Accounts

Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the credit system.

7. Changes

When these terms change, the version number above changes and you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing.
